3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phprak may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or as required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with phprak's anti-money laundering obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. phprak reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. phprak will notify you of any withdrawal hold and the reason therefor within a reasonable timeframe.
4.5 Currency. All phprak account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phprak does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
phprak is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). phprak may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. 6.5 Disconnection Policy. phprak is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's end during a game session. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round in a live casino game, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

10.1 Platform Availability. phprak strives to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. phprak shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond phprak's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

10.4 Maximum Liability. 10.5 Indemnification. phprak complies with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. phprak implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
phprak may share your personal data with third parties where required by Philippine law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other regulatory authorities. phprak will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

12.1 Amendments. phprak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phprak will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
12.2 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phprak, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phprak's customer support team via live chat. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with phprak's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and phprak with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
